After an evening of taste awakening dishes, I was excited to have my favourite pigeon to round up this luxurious dinner. This is also a signature at @lepanrestaurant, so expect nothing less. I love how juicy, subtly sweet and heavenly this tasted.
For dessert, we finished off with a refreshing dessert made of Rhubarb, fromage blanc and strawberry chutney.
